UF Health came to Beson4 for assistance with marketing their new Virtual Visit program, funded by the CDC to help HIV patients receive ongoing treatment from the comfort of their own home. Working with their team, we established a brand for the initiative, developing a tagline, program messaging and designing a variety of informational and promotional print collateral and digital ads. We also suggested the idea of sharing their message through a series of patient testimonials, and program overviews from the eyes of the doctor, which we captured in a professional video production shoot.
In the second year of our partnership, we launched the program with a media push that included digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google. We also secured media placements and developed designs for a billboard, and multiple JTA boards near the hospital to remind patients coming and going to make their next appointment through a virtual visit.
