Baker Distributing

Baker Distributing Company is a distributor of air conditioning, refrigeration heating equipment, and parts and supplies for both residential and commercial HVAC/R applications. The company came to us looking for outside marketing help to announce their 75th year in business. In addition to building out a marketing plan for their anniversary, we also took on the management of their social media, redesign of their career page and job descriptions, assisted in creating two employee playbooks for their new call center and helped with the strategy, execution and documenting of their year-end Baker’s Best event.
